I had stayed in the darkness for far too long—and the darkness had stayed inside me for far too long. It was torture. Something had to change. I knew that, but I had no idea where to find help.

Then a ray of hope came. I saw a post from an incredible woman I'd once met at work in Ibiza. She was talking about being in her forties and feeling young and amazing. I immediately connected and had the urge to talk to her. Something inside me told me I should tell her about my struggles. My exact words were: "I want my life back—and I'm looking for help." We had a telephone session. I lay down in a quiet place, and she began her healing work. And then something magical happened. I immediately felt very light. Since it turned out during our first massage session that Mareen also works as a medium and I was curious about this approach, I booked an energy healing session with her. I had a rough idea of what was wrong with me, but Mareen was able to describe my problem with surprising precision during the session by connecting with me energetically, without me having to say anything to her beforehand.

It was truly amazing! For years I went through life very hardened, very angry, always in survival mode, so to speak, without really having access to more subtle feelings like love, sadness or joy. There was simply far too much sediment and I could hardly feel anything else!! During the session Mareen targeted certain areas and removed blockages and the like. I'm Mareen – energy healer, yoga teacher, medium, mom, and passionate trainer for spiritual coaches. My life center lies between the tranquil island of Lamu in Kenya and the vibrant energy of Berlin, where I live with my family.

My gift is to feel deeply, read energy, and recognize people's essence. Through my own experiences with addictions, eating disorders, toxic relationships, codependency, and the path back to self-love, I know from the bottom of my heart: healing is possible – for everyone.

You'll learn what energetic protection truly means—for yourself and your clients—and how to structure your work so that it's ethically sound, including in distance healing. You'll develop a clear awareness of consent, boundaries, and personal responsibility in energy work.

Module 2: Basics of Energy Work

What energy is – and how you work with it

This module will provide you with in-depth knowledge about the nature of energy: What is vibration, what is the quantum field, what does frequency mean, and how do thoughts, emotions, and physical states affect our field? You'll understand how everything is connected—scientifically and spiritually. A powerful foundation that supports all your work.

How long does the training last?

Is there a certificate?

Yes, upon completion, you will receive a certificate as an "Energy & Transformation Coach." This confirms your ability to professionally support people on an energetic level.

How does the training work?

Are there live dates or is everything recorded??

You have both. You have regular live group calls as well as one-on-one coaching options – plus, all content is available as a recording at any time.
